Third Kindle Fire is a WINNER!!

Hi, my name is Liza and I live in New Hampshire.

I drive a school van for special needs children so I'm in a van all day and have to wait for long periods of time between pick ups. This is where I got the idea that a Kindle Fire would be great since I can't bring my computer with me.

My oldest son gave me my 1st (yes, first) Kindle Fire for xmas and I cried I was so excited!! Well the charger didn't work, so I bought an upgraded charger, which still didn't fit snug into the port.

Called Amazon and the customer service man was great, he sent me my 2nd Kindle Fire right along. Received it in just 2 days, plugged the charger in and was so happy it fit nice and snug. Well, turned it on and bottom of screen was all black and the top part of screen was all lines.

Called Amazon again, customer service woman was great also and sent out my 3rd Kindle Fire. Well, this is a happy ending. I received my 3rd one, charging port is nice and snug, charges perfect and it works great!!

I found your site and I just love it!! Thank you for the way you go through everything step by step. I have given my girlfriends your site to go to also as we hate the default wallpaper that's on there.
